Ritchard Findlay left behind his suit and career as a senior executive in Toronto and traded them for board shorts and flip-flops to pursue the dream of sailing full-time. For the past five years, Ritchard and his lovely wife have sailed through nearly every island of the Caribbean islands. "Turquoise waters and blue skies beat Canadian winters anytime," says Ritchard.

As an ocean sailor and multihull enthusiast, Ritchard has spent a lifetime tinkering with boats of all kinds. Having fallen in love with the lifestyle and recognizing his passion for helping fellow cruisers, Ritchard began a new career in yacht brokerage.
