Zach Mandelstein is an entrepreneur and business executive with a strong background in the marine and outdoor sectors. His connection to boating began in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, where he learned to sail and developed an appreciation for Boston Whaler boats from his grandfather. Zach's love for the water expanded to include a lifeline passion for surfing in Northern California and snowboarding, eventually leading him to become a sponsored athlete and Sales Manager for Swiss manufacturer Nidecker Snowboards.

In 2006, he entered the apparel market, launching two apparel brands that were sold nationwide in Target stores. He furthered his business ventures in 2008 by working with trademarks and intellectual property, creating a global licensing program for Nidecker and introducing Swiss Cross branded products.

Zach's passion for the ocean continued as he obtained his Florida yacht broker license in 2013. He founded Cloud Yachts in 2021, the world first web3 yacht brokerage, and under his guidance, the company achieved over $26,000,000 in sales in 2023. Additionally, Cloud Yachts executed over

700 smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain and tokenized the worlds first SuperYacht earning articles in Forbes, Yachting Magazine and Boat International. In 2024, Zach facilitated the merger of Cloud Yachts with United Yacht Sales, thereby broadening the company's reach and influence.
