These vessels are available as either a cuddy cabin, or in this case, the larger express cruiser version. MURRE has the more usable interior, and a fully enclosed head. She also has many extensive upgrades in recent years, shows beautifully, and is completely modernized with a new 12V accessory panel, new cockpit and cabin upholstery, LED cabin lighting, new 2021 Garmin GPS, Sonar & DS. Overview

HULL & DECK:

  • Single piece, balsa cored, hand laid up fiberglass construction.
  • White hull, dark blue boottop.
  • Red canvas bimini top.
  • Heavy duty vinyl rubrail with rope inlay at hull-deck joint.
  • New rope rubrail trim on hull joint.
  • Anodized aluminum corner castings.
  • Bow and stern towing eyes.
  • Access hatches to fuel tank and stowage lockers.
  • Recessed S/S flag pole socket.
  • Aluminum framed windshield with tempered glass and two forward opening vents.
  • New windshield opening sliders and latches.
  • New horn.
  • Starboard windshield wiper.
  • Pulpit, bow roller, anchor locker, large opening hatch and two fixed ports.
  • Full length stringers and structural frames overlaid to hull.
  • Diamond non-skid pattern on all deck surfaces.
  • In the winter 2019 previous owner removed the swim platforms and all the teak and struts that supported them. Barrier coated the struts and epoxied painted them. Reset all teak boards and filled mounting holes with epoxy resin for strength and vibration, and gelcoated the platforms. Installed all new S/S hardware and rebedded the struts and hardware into the back of the vessel. Owner also stripped the bottom completely – barrier coated it and applied all new bottom paint. Refinished all brightwork.
  • 2018 removed old plywood bulkheads and replaced with new glass core bulkhead.
  • S/S bow mooring cleat; two S/S bow-mooring chocks, S/S midship mooring cleats; recessed stern mooring cleats; all cleats through bolted with backup plates.
  • Teak boarding ladder.

  • 2005 Yanmar 215 hp diesel, with Mercruiser Magnum Bravo 2 outdrive, with 560 hours.
  • 2023 new exhaust manifold.
  • 2020 new engine mounts.
  • Insulated engine box (new insulation 2018).
  • Pulled IO gear and serviced shaft splines, gimbals and resealed.
  • New after cooler.
  • New oil cooler.
  • New oil lines and new coolant hoses.
  • New intake water hoses.
  • New engine harness and relays including control panel.
  • New starter.
  • New coolant overflow bracket.
  • Epoxy painted engine box and hatches.
  • Fiberglass wrap and treatment of exhaust elbow to reduce engine compartment heat.
  • Soundproofed engine box, rear cowling, floorboards and hatches.
  • All normal annual recommended services made each year.
  • 2020 previous owner had the engine pulled, replaced the transom bracket for IO ($2700) and put in all new front and rear engine mounts. Wire brushed and painted much of the underside of the engine and barrier coated the bilge under the engine. Also replaced the aluminum formed tube that comes from the engine water exhaust elbow out around back to the IO ($1500 Yanmar part); only 20 hours on engine since then.

  • 2018 new ventilation blower – ventilation to Coast Guard specifications.
  • New control panel harness gauges and rewire.

ELECTRICAL:

  • New 12V custom rocker switch DC panel – new ground wiring.
  • 2018 rewired entire lighting system and installed all LED cabin lights.
  • 12V Group 27 batteries; one battery 2018.
  • New battery cables.
  • Yanmar 80 amp 12V alternator.
  • New Mercathode systems and grounding components.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • For 2 in 6’6” vee berths with filler; new 2018 berth cushions.
  • Beginning forward is a cabin with vee berth and table that lowers to become a filler.
  • The cabin offers standing headroom both in the galley and the enclosed head. The dining table drops to a complete 6’6” berth for a comfortable night at anchor. The cockpit has removable stern quarter seats and a cushioned engine box aft.
  • Fully enclosed manual head with S/S vanity sink and Plexiglass mirror; sink foot pump in head not working.
  • Teak cabin sole.
  • Cockpit with seating for helmsman and mate as well as 3-4 in cockpit.
  • Upholstered helm seats with storage under.
  • Fabricated new epoxy plywood jump seats.
  • 2018 New cushions for helm seats, engine box and jump seats ($3,000).
