Full Details

Capactities

Current owner says there is about 800 gallons of fuel capacity and he would run around 3,4 galls an hour running both engines at 1800 rpm doing about 8 kts,

So this probably would give around a 2000 mile range

If one wanted to go further one could not run the genset continuously and carry extra drums of fuel

Having started in the aircraft industry as an apprentice engineer in the mid seventies, the progression to sailboats was natural. Arriving in the Caribbean in 1981 for the first time, I was hooked on the beauty and the lifestyle. It took me more than 10 years back home to afford and rebuild my first yacht, which, after having sailed across from Africa in the early nineties, has been our permanent home. After chartering and being involved in almost all the aspects of the marine industry for over fourty years, we now have a family and don't do charters anymore.... we still have the boat though!

Having started in the aircraft industry as an apprentice engineer in the mid-seventies, the progression to sailboats was natural.

First trip to the Caribbean was in 1980 and have been here permanently since 1994 as a charter captain and refit engineer.

When we had a family I started the brokerage business after a rather disappointing experience selling a project boat.

The brokerage has grown over the last two decades through dedicated attention to details and enthusiastic references from our many happy clients…who have all become friends.
