2023/2024 Re-Fit

Professionally completed maintenance in 2023/2024 off-season

  • Keel coating renewed – rust treated, new anti-fouling paint
  • Bottom – new anti-fouling paint applied
  • New 6 Gal hot water heater & hoses
  • Stuffing box re-packed
  • Forward hatch removed / re-sealed / re-installed
  • Engine Oil & Filter, Racor filter element changed
  • Engine water pump impeller changed


Deck and Sails

Equipped with a mainsail and masthead roller furling genoa.The rig has a backstay for confident support of the mast, i.e not a B&R rig.

Anchor and rode are fitted to the foredeck anchor roller and chain locker.

There is a large foredeck hatch, a mid-size hatch over the salon and six opening ports. Fixed windows provide additional light below, and a pair of dorade vents with stainless protection rail provide additional ventilation.

The mainsail traveler is mounted on the coachroof.

The crew is secured on deck with double lifelines all round, with a forward pulpit and aft pushpit. Access to the water is via a good swim ladder on the transom.

The generous cockpit is sheltered by the dodger and bimini. Substantial stowage is available in the cockpit lockers. A folding steering wheel eases movement when not under.

Access to the water is by way of a swim ladder mounted on the transom


Accommodation

Descending the companionway, we have the galley immediately to starboard. The galley offers an icebox, sink with hot/cold pressure water and stowage space.

A convertible dinette ( sleeps 2 ) is forward, while a settee is opposite on port which could be used as a seventh bunk.

Forward on starboard we have the enclosed head with marine toilet and wash basin.

The vee berth forward provides room for two, with an overhead hatch opening to the foredeck.

Returning aft, opposite the galley we have a navigation desk and more stowage space, with the aft cabin double berth behind.
