TIME OUT - is in immaculate condition for her age and the owners have done an amazing job at maintaining her since they purchased the boat almost 20 years ago. Up forward is an island queen berth with overhead hatch with his/hers hanging lockers. 

Moving aft is the second stateroom to port with over/under bunks and storage throughout.  Opposite the second stateroom is the head with separate stall shower with teak seat.

Up 3 steps and aft is the main salon with L shaped settee that converts to a double berth, teak table to entertaining and cabin soles were finished off with teak and holly by current owner. Galley to port, double sink, H/C water, stand up fridge and freezer, toaster oven, stovetop with burners and storage throughout.
