Description

This is a moulded fiberglass command bridge semi-displacement cruiser built by a very well known and respected manufacturer in Washington state, very spacious and well equipped for live-aboard. The vessel has benefited from a knowedgeable and talented owner who has re-furbished the engines to ‘racing’ standard, renewed almost all vessel 120 and 12 volt systems, renewed hydraulic steering, plumbing and installed new galley stove and heaters and holding tank system; installed all new canvas, new propane system and new cabin-side windows .

The hull, decks and cabins are all found in good structural condition and cosmetics are decent. Windows are now sealed and also covered with new vinyl covers.

It has a large foredeck, small trunk cabin, midship wheelhouse, aft cabin, cockpit transom door to the swim grid. The upper deck is accessed from the cockpit to the aft cabin roof, thence to the wheelhouse roof which has center helm – all covered with canvas enclosures.

Below deck is the chain locker and foc’sle with port / starboard / vee berth, portside head and drawers and hanging locker to starboard. The clean engine room is under the wheelhouse; which has helm with sliding door to starboard, portside door also, starboard galley and steps down to the master cabin aft with head and telephone shower and double berth to starboard, dresser w. drawers to port. The lazarette under the cockpit has good access to steering and new water tanks.
