Accommodations
Standard Albin 28 Flush Deck TE layout with U shaped settee forward that converts to a large V-berth. There is bin type stowage below the berth and storage above on a wrap around shelf. Aft and to starboard is a hanging locker followed by the enclosed head with a manual Jabsco toilet and shower that drains to a separate sump with pump, vanity with Hot &Cold pressure water and storage.
Opposite, the head on the port side is the Galley with single burner butane stove. Aft of the galley on the port side is a double quarter berth and some additional storage.
Up two steps is the Helm Deck fitted with new dual deluxe helm seats. There is storage in several lockers. Aft of the helm, in the cockpit, there is expansive storage in lockers under deck port, starboard and on centerline as well as in transom lockers aft of the bench seat.
Two steps up to the side decks which are fitted with stainless steel safety railings allowing ease of access forward and aft.

Fiberglass hull newly painted in Aristo Blue in like-new condition and gold cove stripe with white boot stripe. The hull is cored with closed cell foam coring with solid fiberglass block-outs at all thru hull installations. Fiberglass deck partially cored with end grain balsa coring with molded in non-skid.
