She's a meticulously maintained fresh water vessel her whole life. She's a great vessel to make a long trip or to enjoy the day locally with the family. 


This 40 Sedan Bridge receives a full buff and wax every season and all scheduled maintenance performed every year.


The 2001 Sea Ray 400 sedan bridge has a highly desirable 2 staterooms, 2 full head layout.


The Cockpit and Bridge have ample seating with cockpit bench seating and U-shaped seating on the bridge with twin captain helm chairs.


The salon has ultra-leather salon sofas port and electric fold out sofa starboard. Portside is the Dinette with bench seating. To starboard you have the galley just before entering the two state-room 2 bathroom accommodations.


She also has a huge bow area to inflate rafts or relax. This yacht shows very nice and she has a lot of upgrades such as:

Description

This fresh water 400 Sedan Bridge Cruiser (LOA 44', LOD 40') is possibly the nicest around.


SUPER CLEAN and showing near NEW, you won't be disappointed with the attention to detail and top notch finish. 


The bridge is fully enclosed and fully instrumented. This 2 stateroom model has a mid cabin stateroom with twin berths that can be easily converted to a large King berth. The Master Stateroom is forward with raised center line Queen berth.


Both staterooms have full heads with separate shower stalls. Her interior space is quite spacious and trimmed with Cherry paneling.


Other features include a full galley, a spacious salon with 2 settees (1 converts to double berth by electric controls), a transom door, VHF radio, Radar Arch, transom shower, electric and windlass with 2 foot pedals.
