She was rerigged in 2016.

She features the famous Scutter Rig that was designed by Schultz in 1994

She also has a centerboard to allow for shallow water exploration or a deeper draft for windward work.

The Shannon Boat Company has been designing and building American-made custom boats since 1975. Shannon has continually confirmed their international reputation for boatbuilding some of the finest boats built anywhere in the world. Accommodations

'SANTAMARIA' was built with a customized 3 cabin design which included opening up the salon to create a more spacious living area in the salon, navigation station, and galley. 

Her main salon is amidship with a bench settee to port and L-shaped settee to starboard. The foldaway dining table is bulkhead mounted and offers both an open spacious area and the ability to wine & dine your guests. Built-in entertainment center bulkhead mounted above table. Cherrywood cabinets and bookshelves are outboard and numerous storage are behind the setbacks and under the settees. The navigation center is aft to port and has an admiralty size chart table, swivel upholstered seat, electric panel & redundant chart plotter & SSB. The fully equipped U-shaped galley is opposite. 

The forward master cabin has a generous offset double berth, cabinets, multiple drawer storage & large hanging locker. The closet door serves a dual purpose as privacy.

The head is covered with a seat which keeps it dry while showering. The port primary guest cabin has a generous double cabin berth, 2 hanging lockers, 1 regular locker, 5 drawers, 1 bookshelf, and a bulkhead mounted fold-down table. Opposite the companionway is an additional cabin with a head and single berth for a crew member or extra guest. This cabin provides access to the greater compartment and has 1 storage locker. A portable workbench stows against the bulkhead when not in use or can be mounted in the cabin or cockpit. 

Opening hatches, dorades, and SS opening ports provide abundant natural light and ventilation.
