35 Command Bridge Layout

The 35 Command Bridge has been refined over the years but this particular boat is the hard-to-find 'Twin Cabin 'layout. In this twin-cabin layout, a cruising family or two couples can enjoy the privacy of the separate cabins. The forward cabin has a very large center island queen, the galley has a center dinette that converts into a king-size berth to accommodate overnight guests if needed. The galley includes two refrigerators, range and oven, microwave, de-humidifier, flat screen television, generous cupboard and drawer storage, and lots of counter space. Ample ceiling heights of 6'6" in Salon/Galley & 6'4" in Forward Berth. The speed range is 17- 22 knots with the powerful Cummins 370 hp single diesel and has bow /stern thrusters for excellent maneuverability. This allows for a more economical operation with fuel and maintenance, while being as maneuverable as a twin in tough docking situations. Another benefit is the full skeg keel which protects the rudder and 4 blade propeller and adds to the excellent tracking of this vessel.

Brian Mouldey grew up boating every summer on the fresh waters of Lake Ontario and the Northern Lakes. He has travelled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa and the blue waters of the Caribbean Islands. He has lived in the Pacific Northwest in addition to New York City prior to moving to Sarasota, Florida in 2001.

Brian’s first 10 years in Florida was spent as a successful Real Estate Agent. He is skilled in negotiations and the detail oriented nature of surveys and contracts.

During that time a friend invited him as a guest on a 104′ Westport Motor Yacht for a one week cruise thru the Bahamas, for Brian that was it, a boater’s salt life it was going to be.

Over the years, Brian has owned multiple boats including a 50′ Sun Deck Motor Yacht that he and his gal (Helen) lived aboard for 3 years cruising the Florida waterways. The journeys that were made, the experiences and the friendships acquired, inspired him to become a Yacht Broker in 2011.

With more than a decade of experience in the marine industry, he is dedicated to quality service, giving advice, and support that brings comfort and satisfaction to his customers. Brian is always up for the challenge of finding the perfect boat for his buyers or an opportunity to exceed the expectations of his sellers and colleagues.

“The simple pleasures in life come from the opportunity to work with anyone that shares my passion of getting out on the water.”
