The NorthCoast 285 has a 240 gallon fuel capacity along with a 48 gallon illuminated live well, tackle drawers, and rigging station so you can slay tuna at the edge. It sleeps four comfortably and has excellent 360 degree visibility with 6’2″ headroom. NorthCoast’s flagship cabin boat is a great blend of traditional downeast New England style and modern technology.
What sets the 285HT apart from other boats is the cabin where there are two berths to sllep four people and a stand up head and shower for extra comfort. The galley has additional counter space along with a microwave which you probably won't find on competitors boats . The cabin of course is not the main center from an angler's point of view , but very important when it counts.
The cockpit is extremely well laid out with a full tackle station, 40 gallon live well and some rather massive tackle and gear storage. Other perks include the raw and freshwater washdowns , gunwale rod holders and 18' outriggers.
