Full Details

Accommodations

  • The Mariner Seville 35 has the feeling of a much larger vessel than her actual size. Wonderful layout for the cruising couple and comfortable accommodations for the whole family on day or weekend trips.
  • Starting forward is the Master Stateroom. She has a centerline queen berth with abundant storage under the berth as well as drawer storage at the foot of the berth. Large automatic lighting in the hanging locker to starboard as well as cabinets and shelves outboard. To Port there is additional cabinets and shelves as well as the private access to the head. Opening ports and an overhead hatch make for additional light and ventilation.
  • Moving aft to starboard is the L-shaped dinette with filler making for an additional berth. The settee back lifts and locks in to create an additional bunk (great for the kids). To port is the day access to the head. This enters into the shower stall that is on center allowing for a very large shower stall. The Head is L-shaped with the vanity and toilet outboard. Across from the dinette is the well equipped galley with stone counter tops and plenty of cabinets and counter space for food prep. Again in the salon she has stainless steel opening portlights throughout, a teak and holly sole and dark green fabric cushions adding to her warmth below deck.
  • Up three steps and you enter the Bridge deck. It is light and bright with a hardtop and hard sides that enclose with a canvas and Eisenglass back. The bridge deck is airconditioned as well when needed. She has an L-shaped settee to port with a custom built, folding teak table. To starboard is the helm followed by a wet bar with sink, counter and storage under. Access to the engine compartment is via the center of the bridge deck with a large hatch. Great access and plenty of room to access around the engine.
  • Her aft cockpit is huge allowing for four chairs, table and large cooler. There is an awning that attaches to the aft end of the hardtop and supported by poles aft. Transom door leads to the swim platform. Side deck access both port and starboard with plenty of stainless steel hand rails on the cabin top as well as rails all around the bow to the cockpit and a nice wide deck for ease going forward. Her forward cabin top gives one plenty of space should they wish to spend time in the sun.
  • This vessel has so much to offer without being too much to handle. The lack of exterior teak allows for more time spent enjoying the vessel and cruising during the season.

The water has always been a part of my life since learning to sail aboard a Sailfish while vacationing in Chatham, Massachusetts. At twelve, I graduated to Penguins and 420’s at the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford, Maryland. My parents always belonged to the Corinthian Yacht Club in Philadelphia and I often accompanied them on cruises aboard a Hinckley Bermuda 40 that we cruised in the Chesapeake.

Understanding banking after working 12 years for Loyola Savings and Loan of Maryland, I helped navigate the purchase of a 32’ Pearson Vanguard for a friend and taught him to sail. Loving the idea of sharing my passion for boating, I joined Oxford Boatyard Yacht Sales (in what is now Safe Harbor Oxford Boatyard and Marina) in 1990 and worked as a broker and office manager for 25 years.

In 1993, Oxford Boatyard Yacht Sales became a dealer for Sabre and Back Cove Motor Yachts and I acquired an understanding and respect for powerboats. I worked closely with the boatyard commissioning new vessels and working as a liaison between new owners and the marina. I have an intimate understanding of the boat buying process - how to guide new owners through surveys, sea trials, registration, and documentation.

I love all boats and each one has its own quality. Though I would consider myself a traditionalist in boat design, I like what the new designs offer in comfort and ability.

My husband (of 30 years) and I live in Easton, Maryland. My husband is the rigging supervisor at Safe Harbor Oxford Boatyard and our daughter, having graduated from Washington College in 2020, is now teaching English as well as coaching the sailing team at the Gunston School in Centreville, Md. She has recently come on board as the Summer Sailing Director with the Tred Avon Yacht Club.

I am starting my 7th year as a broker with Brewer Yacht Sales and in addition to my office at Safe Harbor Zahniser’s in Solomon’s, Maryland I now have an office at Safe Harbor Oxford. This enables me to cover the territory from the Eastern Shore to Solomon’s Island and everything in between.

I look forward to speaking with you and sharing my passion for boats. Let me help you find the perfect yacht or support and guide you in the sale of your existing vessel!
