Vessel Walkthrough

Dometic 16,000 BTU air conditioning unit (2018) serves whole interior (under dinette sette).

Beginning first forward is the master stateroom with an island double bed forward. There are hanging lockers port and stbd. aft with a TV mounted on the port aft wall. There is wall to wall carpet on the bed platform and Teak and Holly soles aft. There are portlights and a hatch for natural lighting and built in swivel lamps. Next aft is the salon/galley with the work space to port with Corian counter tops and sink with storage under, counter top electric range with cover, and undercounter double door reefer/freezer. The galley has Teak and Holly soles. The salon area is to stbd. with hardwood partitions and a built in dinette outboard with a drop down table that can convert the settees to a double bunk. There is a hinge-up back bolster on the hull side which forms a pullman upper by hanging from chains so that the salon can sleep up to 3. There is another Tv in the salon. Across the stbd. aft partition of the salon is the main electric panel. In the port aft corner of the salon/galley is the head compartment with a fiberglass molded in liner/shower pan and full hot water shower. There is a Vacuuflsh 12 volt electric toilet in the same compartment. Up a few steps from the salon is the control deck with a pilot bench port and one stbd. at the control station. The stbd. pilot bench has electric adjustments. Behind the pilot bench is a built in wet bar and Raritan Icerette icemaker. The open aft deck is next aft with seating and storage. The transom with door and swim platform are last. There are Carbon Monoxide and smoke alarms throughout.

Main Salon:

Convertible dinette converts to a double lower berth and the backrest along the hull hinges up to form a Pullman upper. This area can sleep 3 total. Port lights and overhead skylight hatches make it light and airy.

Galley:

As a licensed 100 ton captain at 19 he began running both charter and private yachts as well as small commercial and marine research vessels.
