Cory Barrios is a New Orleans native who has a passion for all things water related. His career in the marine industry kicked off when he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard in 2006. While in the Coast Guard, Cory operated vessels from 25' to 378' cutters. His Coast Guard experiences range from boarding crab boats in the Bering Sea to drug interdiction patrols in the Pacific as far south as Peru. His success in the Coast Guard propelled him to continue his career on the ocean by relocating to Ft. Lauderdale in 2010 to pursue opportunities in the yachting industry. During his time as a crew member on various yachts, he worked his way up to First Mate and obtained his USCG 100 Ton Captain's License.

His experience in maritime maintenance, resource management, and various yacht types make him a great asset due to his vast knowledge of all things yachting related. Cory joined Luke Brown in 2015, and will represents the company in Miami. Whether you enjoy fishing like Cory or sailing the Caribbean, he believes that there's a perfect vessel for everyone and looks forward to helping you find it.
