Description

Hattitude has all new Raymarine electronics, bow thruster, updated galley and the list goes on. She is turnkey and ready for her next adventure. Feel free to contact me for additional information or to schedule a showing. She is only going to be in the Fl. Keys until the middle of February, then she's traveling north to Jacksonville, Fl.

Walkthrough:

Boarding Hattitude from the starboard side you will have your ship service and water connections immediately to your right on the outboard side along with the waste pump out forward. The same hookup is also available on the port side. Walking forward to the bow you have two deck boxes, one starboard which contains the power cords & hoses, and the port deck box stores for all of the lines. Center is the bow pulpit which has a fresh water wash down connection located on the stbd side and center is a new Lofrans X3 1700W windlass with a new 66 lb (30 kg) Mantus M2 anchor. The windlass motor has recently been replaced and mounted directly below for easy access through the front panel. The bow bench, teak & holly table and sunpad are excellent for entertaining and enjoying the sunshine while underway. Moving aft is the three-step boarding ladder that’s mounted on the stanchions and just aft of the side door are the two fuel fill plates located on the bulwark.

The large aft deck is the perfect location for enjoying sunset cocktails with family and friends. It has a full plexiglass enclosure with four U-shaped screens for fresh air, or roll-up the back panels and enjoy your backyard paradise! Alternatively, there is full 16k btu a/c independent unit for those hot summer days. There is a wet bar with a liquor cabinet below, along with an EdgeStar ice maker and a can crusher. The aft deck has four outdoor “comfy” wicker style chairs, two small round foldable tables in between, and a foldable dining table for those days with guests and of course music from the two speakers to complete a perfect day on the water. Access the swim platform through the half double doors that open up to a custom-made stainless-steel spiral staircase that leads you to the custom 4’ swim platform for added safety and comfort for those who love to anchor out or have pets that need to dinghy to shore. Heading up to the flybridge there is an additional storage cabinet that is located on the stbd side, beneath the ladder.

The flybridge has new EVA flooring in the aft seating area with two Adirondack chairs and table. Forward is the helm station that has duplicate electronics as the lower helm and two captains’ chairs. The helm station and both captains’ chairs have new custom Sunbrella covers. A long cushioned bench for seating several guests is directly in front of the helm. Two new Sunbrella biminis attach to the arch (for the main and aft areas). The Marquis davit is located stbd, and aft of the arch.

Continuing forward from the aft deck you’ll enter the spacious main salon area. The 360 degrees of panoramic views provide a great feeling of openness and excellent visibility. The aft stbd side cabinet houses the encased a/c unit with the stereo amplifier and speaker controls with a storage cabinet below. Forward are two leather bucket chairs with a table in between and a mounted swing arm reading lamp. Portside has a leather couch with end tables at each end, a mounted swing arm reading lamp in the aft corner and a storage shelf forward. Center is the Insignia flatscreen tv, dvd player, and speaker selector. The bottom left side is a wine cabinet, center provides a pull-out drawer, and shelving on the right side. The front side has bench seating for the captain and provides storage in both armrests. The helm station consists of all new Raymarine electronics. The portside contains the Marino spotlight remote, an Axiom 7” screen, 12v USB plugs, Vetus bow thruster controls and engines gauges. Center is the Axiom 16 “Master” MFD, and mounted below it is the autopilot. Stbd side includes gauges, another Axiom 7” screen, and Lofrans windlass remote. All mechanical gauge data is digitized and fed into the NEMA 2000 backbone that runs to the upper helm. Overhead includes the ICOM VHF radio and Naiad stabilizer control panel. The 32v DC panel is located outboard port side and next to it is the 110v and 220v panel. Above the circuit panel are the a/c controls, Magnum Inverter/ Charger monitor, Victron panels, and an 110v electrical outlet.

Down several steps on the stbd side and you will enter the galley and dinette area with slider cabinet space and drawers below the seating. Port side has the updated galley with the new L-shaped Corian countertop with a s/s sink and faucet. The overhead cabinet houses the Panasonic convection/ microwave/ air fryer, and Cuisinart two burner 110v countertop cooktop. Below are three large storage drawers for pots/pans and additional drawers and cabinet space for all your cooking essentials. Aft facing is the full-size Whirlpool refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer. The galley flooring has been updated with faux vinyl flooring. There is another independent a/c unit in the galley. The generator room is located under the galley floor which comprises a new Cummins Onan 10kW with approximately 130 hrs, 2x 32v engine battery banks, 24v windlass and bow thruster battery system, 24v AGM (Rolls Surette) house batteries, 3500W Magnum Inverter/ Charger and the Victron SmartSolar charge controller (MPPT 100/50).

Forward of the galley is the v-berth with two bunks stbd side, each with reading lamps. Two speakers, two porthole windows and a large overhead hatch. Large counter space with two drawers and bottom cabinet. The windlass chain locker is forward and houses 300 ft of anchor rode (200 ft of 3/8 chain + 100 ft of twisted rope). Located aft is the head with a Galley Maid toilet, countertop with sink, cabinet space below and a shower stall. Directly across to the stbd side is the Frigidaire stacked washer/dryer and closet.

Moving aft of the galley are the two engine rooms. Port side includes the Detroit Diesel 8v71TI engine, Kidde carbon monoxide alarm, Kidde Mariner Fyre Watch suppression system, Sentry battery charger, four Cruisair reverse cycle a/c units. Starboard engine room has the Detroit Diesel 8v71TI engine, fire extinguisher, ProSafe FS60 FailSafe Galvanic Isolator, Groco pressure storage tank, Jabsco wash down, Pentair Shuffle Aqua King II, Rheem hot water heater, and Naiad stabilizer system.

The midship port stateroom includes two twin berths with a nightstand in between with several drawers below. The outboard berth has a full-length shelf with a/c controller, speaker, slider cabinet for additional space, and four drawers below. A large hanging locker is located at the foot of the bed.

Across the hallway on the stbd side is the guest head that contains a Raritan Elegance vacuflush toilet with setting to draw sea or tank water, stone countertop with sink, ample storage above and below the countertop, and a shower stall.

Further aft is the master stateroom with an ensuite head. The stateroom is comprised of a centerline queen berth, nightstand on both sides along with lamps. There is an abundant amount of dresser drawer space throughout the stateroom. A vanity is located portside and forward of that are the bi-fold doors that open up to a large closet.

The ensuite head includes another Raritan Elegance vacuflush toilet, countertop with sink, mirrored cabinets above with additional storage below, and a shower stall.
