Northrop & Johnson Charter Manager & Broker Natascha Weber began her yachting career in 1996 at Dahm International in Palma. She was tasked with creating a charter department for the office with much success, eventually garnering a nice fleet of yachts and a great number of clients. Natascha then joined Koch Newton & Partners Spain (formerly Merril Stevens and later Fraser Yachts) as a charter broker and manager with additional marketing duties. In 2014 Natascha was ready for her next challenge. She joined Northrop & Johnson’s Palma office and was tasked with developing the office’s charter division.

Throughout her years in the industry Natascha has regularly attended the major luxury yacht shows worldwide in order to stay on top of market trends. She is proud to have gained the respect of her colleagues in the luxury yachting industry as well as an excellent reputation among clients, yacht owners and crew members. She is an individual full member of the MYBA association since 1997. Within MYBA she has served in the membership committee and the boat show committee. Currently Natacha serves in the Yachtfolio panel, which is the luxury charter industry’s best tool, available only to brokers with an established and undisputable reputation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, German and Italian, conversational in Portuguese and has a basic spoken knowledge of Polish.
