1997 Carver 445 Aft Cabin "Sea Willow"

This incredible aft cabin motor yacht is owned and cared for by an experienced owner. Records of her maintenance, refit, and improvements are available upon request. It is truly one of the nicest yachts I have ever represented.She is a BIG boat on the inside. One of the most impressive considerations on this vessel is the vast amount of storage space. Throughout the entire vessel the flooring has been replaced with luxurious faux wood, waterproof, vinyl flooring. Her exterior entertainment areas include a foredeck sun lounge, a spacious flybridge, and enclosed aft deck. Her entire interior has been totally refitted and tastefully done. Her integral swim platform features fiberglass stair-like steps going up to the aft deck. The engine room is exceptionally clean and well maintained. This vessel is ideal as a live aboard or family cruiser. Before purchasing any motor yacht of this size you will want to visit this beautiful vessel. In April 2023, the starboard engine was completely rebuilt. In 2023 the radar and depth recorder was renewed. Also included is a 10'5" dingy with 20HP Honda outboard engine.

Vessel Walkthrough

As you enter the salon the l-shaped sofa is to starboard with an occasional chair to port. Also to port is the TV on top of a custom-built cabinet. Forward of the salon, a couple steps down is a full-sized dinette. To starboard across from the dinette is a full-service galley. Forward is the guest stateroom featuring a double-sized berth and private head. Aft of the salon is the full beam master stateroom with its own private head and stall shower. 

Helm

The centerline helm is located on the flybridge and features a helm chair with adjacent lounge seating. Additionally, there is lounge seating forward of the helm for additional guests.
